  Very disappointed. Ordered 2 thick shakes, lots of staff around but took nearly 10 minutes. Seemed like everyone was busy not doing anything.

  My grandson got his little fingers stuck in the sliding door
  It happened so fast, the door sensor stopped the door sliding any further
  My wife shouted his name and pulled his hand away.
  There where marks visible on his skin from the door but the skin was not broken
  I did not go to the desk and complain, just wanted to get out of there with my grandson.
  The staff didn't bother asking what the problem was or if there was anything they could do even though there was a lot of them. In fact the staff where tripping over each other trying to work with most of them stood talking yet no one would pick up the hash brown off the floor that had clearly been dropped during breakfast service.
  Lean mustn't be a word used in McDonald's.
  Lazy staff
  Helpful when required ie serving someone
