  I was accosted by several members of staff and questioned like a criminal in the middle of the shop because a customer who has previously been abusive to me made a complaint.
  The staff then allowed several passers by to make abusive comments and did nothing until I swore back and was threated with banning by the staff.
  Yes I have mental health problems, that DOES NOT give the staff the right to discriminate against me because of it.
  
  Would never shop here again, you need to go re-educate yourself on customer service skills!!
