  Lately Ime starting to think ASDA is being run by incompetent nitwits, goes in for a mobile phone after mine broke, finds a one for what was a reasonable price, only to find they are completely out of stock, you have to stand around like a fanny waiting for someone to open a cupboard to rumble through what little stock they have only to find they have sold out, no ticket to say it's sold or anything, goes back picks another waits around again and they've sold out of the other phone, after 30 minutes scratching my head wondering how ASDAs electrical department actually functions, I walked away empty handed and another shop got my money.
  Don't try complaining either, gave my mobile number, 4 days later still waiting for a phone call from a manager.
  Obviously they don't give a toss about customer service.

  The store is fine, The staff are please but the security staff and santa the security officer are an absolute distance!

  most staff seem nice but have come across some not so nice ones but on the whole its a good store with lots of parking

  Just familiarity, used to shopping at Hartlepool Asda , no probs parking or getting round the store
